The PRS Foundation has released a new initiative called Keychange. It is a two year program that has sixty female music artists and innovators collaborating together to transform the gender norms in the music industry. The program features women from: Sweden, Spain, Iceland, Germany, Estonia, and the UK. In addition, it culminates to a finale in Brussels at the European Parliament in 2019.
